All of our products are custom made; therefore, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

If you receive a broken, faulty, or defective item, please Contact Us immediately so we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request.

To process any enquiry, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).
Please note that we only offer replacements for missing or faulty goods - no refunds will be issued.


Replacement Process (If Approved)
Once your item has been received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped via the same method used for the original order. Please allow time for processing and shipping.

If a return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label along with clear instructions on how to return the item.

Order Cancellations
Refunds will not be granted if requested more than 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
